Diamond box format…….
Following on from last weeks manipulation of framing, here is another device to incorporate several images in an attractive formation. Chosen at random, these low resolution images fit into the boxes provided to give a pleasing diamond effect.
Montage……..
Following on from last weeks’ online software use in portraiture, I’ve used a similar technique here as a sort of film noir book jacket or potential film poster from yesteryear. Space left for a suitable title, in fact space left for a suitable story as…
Trees……
Checking through my catalogue of images, I came across these two pleasing shots that have been adapted from humble beginnings into attractive work in their own right. Just a little distraction to keep your attention……I Hope!

Interruption…..
Hi again, before returning to my recent focus on Edinburgh, I find myself putting together a group of favourite images re-processed through the Nik Collection of filters. So by way of distraction, here is one of a familiar building in Newcastle city centre with the…
More Berwick imagery……..
Berwick is famous for its bridges spanning the Tweed on its way to the North Sea and its intriguing alleyways that lead both to the town centre and outward to the coast. The artist LS Lowrey spent some time here and here I’ve tried to…
Concert vibe…….
CD Artwork leads quite easily onto concert footage and an image I took around 2 to 3 years ago at Newcastle City Hall. Aussie Pink Floyd came to call and they put a very impressive set both musically and visually. My recorded image was inevitably…
